Of Cat, Curiosity et al.

There in some small faraway city
Lived an old man, with a mind full of curiosity
Had Ginger (his cat), lots of time and some stuff radio-active
He looked at them together and wore a look pensive
He took Ginger, the stuff and a box
Took a pair from his collection of keys and locks
He got Ginger and the stuff boxed
And then he got the box firmly locked
Asked people if Ginger was alive or dead
They couldn't see his tail, nor his head
They all tried hard and thinked
Seeking an answer, looked at the old man and blinked
Somethings about life and half life, he said
And added 'They both are half dead!'
They all had themselves excused
And went home, thoroughly confused
No one ever heard of Ginger after that
Poor old Ginger, the old man's cat
Curiosity of that old man named Schrodinger
Killed the poor liitle cat, Ginger
Or did it? None never knew
Neither him, them, nor me, you...

Schrodinger's Cat - The Experiment:

1. Take a cat (Sad looking...)
2. Take some radio-active stuff (Bad looking...)
3. Take a box (Preferably lead)
4. Take a lock and key
5. Put them all inside the box
6. Take the lock and key out
7. Close the box (Add salt to the cat's taste)
8. Lock it, and lose the key
9. Ask everyone if the cat was alive or dead
10. Talk about life, half of it, quarter of it, and all un-imaginable fractions of it
11. Write all these words onto a foolscap paper in black ink and publish it
12. Pretend that you understand all of it
13. Everyone will believe it!
