A telephone that pretends to be a typewriter

A telephone that pretends to be a typewriter. But mostly he wanted a personal PC so that he could do word processing on it. How do I know he was serious about this? Because the minute he got his wish, he immediately turned it on, took his pen and paper into the hall, and began typing a letter. And this time the letter was being sent out to all the different computers of every level that the school had on staff. And so that went on for several weeks. Then one day the school secretary walked into his classroom and I'm sure that it was a mass of scribbles on the whiteboard. His teacher called me down and I walk down there and we take a look. It's not anything shocking but there is one day where she has written down "B is for Bob" for "Bob is for Billy". I have never seen that written on the whiteboard and neither has my son. So I look and all it says is Bob is for Bob. That one is easy enough to figure out and I start to move on to the next question but then I look at my son and say "Bob is for Bob" and then proceed to call the dog by his name. To me, he was always "Bob". Just recently, we got two new family members, a little girl cat named "Kitty" and a little boy dog named "Dog". He was so excited when we got them and immediately picked them up and loved on them, showing them all of his toys, laying on them and rubbing them against him. The first couple of days, he had "Bob" in the living room (now "Kitty" is in there) and "Dog" was in the bedroom and that was where we had them.
